Welcome to Pack 514's Web Site!

Cub Scout Pack 514 is chartered by the Boys and Girls Club of East Aurora, and is part of the Whitetail District of the Western New York Scout Council. East Aurora is a village located in Aurora, a town that is Southeast of Buffalo, New York. The Western New York Council encompasses all of Erie County and Western Niagara County in Western New York State.

No matter the time of year, it's never too late to join! Pack 514 is currently accepting any and all new Cub Scouts from grades K-5, and we are a pack open to both boys and girls. Now is a great time for Kindergartners to join as Lions but older children are always welcome to become an active Wolf, Bear, or Webelo at any time. Join today!

Sign Up for Spring Camp by Wednesday 6/3

Posted on May 30 2026 - 11:21pm

Our annual Spring Camp is coming up this Saturday 6/6 at the East Aurora Fish and Game Club.  The FG Club is hosting a fishing derby at the upper pond that the pack will participate in from 10:00am-12:00pm with free hot dogs for lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm.  We will start our Spring Camp at the lower pavilions at 1:30pm.  We will have fun rotations during the afternoon, followed by our advancement ceremony where the scouts will earn their patches to signify that they have completed all of the requirements for the current scout year.  Dinner will be spaghetti and meatballs, and we ask that each den coordinate to provide 1 or 2 crockpots of precooked spaghetti and sauce (depending on attendance).  There is also an option to stay overnight in tents.  Please sign up on the pack website if you plan on coming for all or part of the day so that we have a count for food and supplies.  Please indicate on the sign-up if any siblings will be coming, and if additional adults will be there for dinner.

Service Project- Spreading Mulch at B&G Club- Sunday, May 17th @ 11:00am

Posted on May 17 2026 - 1:08am

We have another pack service project planned for May.  On Sunday, May 17th @11:00am, we will be giving back to the Boys & Girls Club by helping to spread mulch in the flower beds around the building on Paine St.  Scouts should wear old clothes they don't mind getting dirty (not your scout uniforms), plus garden gloves if you have them.  The mulch will be in bulk in a trailer (not bags), so please also bring a bucket.  Shovels or mulch rakes would also be helpful if you have one to bring.
